Dr. Irvin Sahni

Fellowship trained spine surgeon Dr. Irvin Sahni grew up in West Houston. After completing high school at the top of his class at James E. Taylor High School, he attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas. At Baylor, he completed a degree in chemistry, conducted undergraduate scientific research, and published two articles in organic chemistry. He also gave lectures regarding his research during his undergraduate years at various universities.

After graduating at the top of his class, Dr. Sahni went on to attend Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Baylor College of Medicine is located in the largest medical center in the world, the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Greg Nelson

Greg Nelson, DC, FNP-C, is a 1995 graduate of the National University of Health Sciences as a doctor of chiropractic and a 2011 graduate of Samford University with a master science of nursing. He is certified as a family nurse practitioner and joined forces with Dr. Sahni in early 2013. His years of experience in conservative management of orthopedic injruies adds a wonderful perspective to the management of our patients. Read more…

Byron Turner CRNA

Bryon is our primary anesthesia provider. He has practiced for 15 years in Central TX and is a 2006 graduate of the Nurse Anesthesia Program at Texas Christian University. He has served the medical communities in San Marcos, Seguin, New Braunfels and the military in San Antonio. Bryon is currently pursuing a fellowship in Non Surgical Pain Management and expects to be Certified to perform procedures independently in 2023. He and his wife Amy have 2 sons who are also pursuing nursing through education at TCU. Amy and Bryon enjoy drag racing and travel this region extensively during the warmer months as participants in the NHRA Sportsman series. Bryon is proud to be a part of helping patients live their best lives with less pain through the efforts of Spine Center of Texas.
